In that time, Joanne's company has cared for hundreds of patients, providing them with occasional in home support with simple tasks of daily living, restorative post operative care and rehabilitation, 24 hour care for those unable to live independently, and terminal care for those at end of life.

Jackie Silva, CNA
Office Coordinator
Jackie has worked as a field caregiver with Aberdeen for the past seven years. She has worked with a wide variety of patients and developed particular skill in the care and coordination of care for clients who require very comprehensive, long term care plans.
Jackie joined the administrative team at Aberdeen as Office Coordinator during the summer of 2011. Her in-depth knowledge of the clinical side of our company equips her well as she works in coordination with Patty Wall to schedule staff and make the best possible fit of caregiver to patient. Jackie is a great resource to those in the field and is always willing to draw from her many years of successful work as a direct caregiver to provide guidance to Aberdeen staff.
Patty Wall, CNA, CHHA
Operations Manager
With 20 years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, Patty brings intricate knowledge of patient care needs to her role at Aberdeen Home Care, Inc. Patty was a lead caregiver on a variety of complex and long-term cases for 8 years. Patty manages the general day to day operations of the agency, such as scheduling, payroll and benefit enrollment. She is keenly aware of all Aberdeen caregivers' level of skill and expertise and uses this knowledge in successfully assigning caregivers to Aberdeen's clients.
Patty is a Gloucester native and coordinates a wide variety of charitable events throughout greater Cape Ann. She is well known and respected in her field and community. In every situation, Patty lives by the golden rule and always extends kindness and compassion. Patty was recognized repeatedly by the Massachusetts Association of Home Care for excellence in her field.
Kasha Gula, M.Ed., CNA
Director of Marketing
Kasha has an M.Ed. From Harvard University. Upon retirement from her work in education, she chose to enter the field of health care as a second career. She worked as a direct caregiver for Aberdeen for seven years, caring for several clients who required long term, twenty-four hour care. Kasha has now taken on the role of Marketing Director for Aberdeen. She is a longtime resident of Gloucester, MA. She is a Reiki practitioner and has a private practice in that modality. Kasha is a gifted artist and world traveler, as well as a passionate advocate for those in need. She networks throughout the North Shore spreading information about the specialized care that Aberdeen provides.

Lori Camille, LPN
Home Care Supervisor
Lori has been a nurse serving the greater North Shore for twenty years. She began her career as a staff nurse at Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester and has worked in community health for the past ten years. Lori has diversified nursing skills and can manage a range of patient needs- from an adult who is ventilator dependent at home, to a newborn needing medication support or respiratory care during the night hours.
Lori is well known and respected in her home community of Cape Ann. When she is not busy at work or caring for her baby grandson, she is often found volunteering and fundraising for a variety of worthy causes.
